Lowkey funny to me that Nathaniel's mom doesn't want him to draw comics so that he can focus on 'real, serious art' because I genuinely believe that in today's current climate, drawing comics is going to get him way more attention and recognition for his art than if he was drawing a traditional still life or whatever. I know she's probably not super aware of that because of her age, but I've never seen a parent try to shoot their child in the foot so hard before. (Also...there's no reason why he can't do both art forms. Like chill lady)
